Ideogram V3

Logos, posters, and brand graphics with clean typography — from quick draft to final

About the model

Ideogram V3 is the latest generation of Ideogram’s model, with noticeably better text rendering and style adherence than the previous version. It draws lettering accurately — from a short word to multi-line layouts — which makes it a go-to for logos, posters, brand graphics, and ad materials where the text matters as much as the image.

NanoBananana offers two modes. Text-to-image builds a scene from scratch: a photorealistic frame with considered lighting and perspective, or clean design graphics. Remix takes a finished image and reimagines it with a new prompt — changing the style, details, or mood while keeping the basis of the source.

The model has three rendering modes: fast for drafts and testing ideas, balanced for everyday work, and quality for maximum detail in final delivery.

Strengths

  • Accurate text rendering — from a single word to multi-line layouts
  • Photorealism with control over lighting, perspective, and composition
  • Three rendering modes — fast, balanced, and maximum quality
  • Remix — variations of a finished image driven by a new prompt
  • Handles complex scenes and spatial layouts cleanly

Best for

  • Logos, posters, and brand graphics
  • Ad visuals with a product name and slogan
  • Style variations of a mascot or illustration via Remix
  • Fast idea drafts in Turbo mode

Limitations

  • Remix uses one source image up to 10 MB (JPEG, PNG, WEBP)
  • Prompts are limited to 5,000 characters
  • The source is cropped to the selected aspect ratio before remixing

Prompting tips

  • Put in-image text in quotes and describe the font style
  • Use the fast mode for drafts and the quality mode for finals
  • In Remix, describe exactly what should change — the source is cropped to the chosen format
  • Specify lighting, camera angle, and mood — the model conveys them well
